The Logo Shop makes searching for products easier. If you are looking for a specific product, the top navigation bar has a quick search space where you may enter the product name. For example, type in "pen" and you will be directed to a search results page which will picture all the pens available on the Logo Shop. From that results page you may click on any of the images to see additional information about the product and add the item to your cart. If you don't find what you are looking for, or if you have a new idea for a product that isn't featured on the Logo Shop, let us know! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only items in stock may be placed in your cart. If an item is out of stock, the anticipated back in stock date will be displayed. If you would like to be notified when the item is back in stock, click for back in stock notification and provide your email address. You will receive an email when the item is available to be ordered. If an item is ordered but not available, you will be contacted by customer service to inform you. You will not be charged for the unavailable item(s) and it will not be placed on backorder. You may reorder the item when it returns to stock and if you notify customer service of your reorder, applicable shipping charges will be waived.
We are required by law to collect applicable state tax on all purchases shipped to KS, KY, OH, MO.
All in-stock items will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days of date order is received. Orders ship from our distribution center in Ohio. All orders received by 4 p.m. Eastern time will ship the same day via UPS Ground. Customer Service Representative will notify you if your order is delayed for any reason. Our freight carriers are unable to deliver packages to a P.O. Box.
Some lightweight packages are available to ship via UPS Mail Innovations for a fee of $4.50. When you choose this shipping method, your order will start with UPS and then be transferred to USPS for final delivery by your mail carrier. When your package is transferred to USPS, you will be able to track your package with the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. Please allow a few weeks for delivery as UPS Mail Innovations operates without a guaranteed delivery date.
Overnight, two-day and three-day delivery options are available. If you desire rush shipping, please select the appropriate ship method before checking out. For eBuy orders, click Advanced Shipping when confirming your shipping location. Then choose an option from the Ship Method drop down menu.
Items that have not been worn or laundered may be returned for credit within 60 days of purchase. Please note that shipping charges will not be credited upon the return of your item(s).
